After saving my story, the Headline Picture is very poor quality (blocky and gray)? |

IntraNomic optimises your original picture based on the Colour Quality (Screen Depth) setting of the Server hosting IntraNomic (not the client PC). If the Headline Picture looks blocky and gray you probably have a Colour Quality of 256 (more common on Servers). Use the following steps to change the Colour Quality to 32 Bit (recommended) or 16 Bit:

On the Server hosting IntraNomic right click on the Desktop and select Properties |

Select the Settings tab |

Change the Colour Quality to 32 Bit (recommended) or 16 Bit |

Do I need to resize the photograph I want to use for the Headline Picture? |
| A) |
No, you do not need to resize your photograph. IntraNomic will automatically resize and optimise your photograph for use over your Intranet.

I cannot see the Story Board option on the pull down menu? |
| A) |
You are only shown the Story Board option on the pull down menu, when the IntraNomic Administrator assigns you security clearance to a Story Board Category (e.g. IT News). Once you have been assigned security clearance to a Story Board Category, the next time you restart IntraNomic you will be shown the Story Board option on the pull down menu.
