Why is IntraNomic telling me that I need to contact the IntraNomic Administrator to store a file of over 50 MB within IntraNomic? |

IntraNomic can store any file under 2 GB in size, but the IntraNomic Administrator can apply a limit to the size of a file stored within IntraNomic (default to 50 MB).
The maximum allowed file size can be set by the IntraNomic Administrator via the IntraNomic Configuration module.

You can either switch OFF the IntraNomic Office Integration completely, or select a list of people (and / or groups) that have security clearance to use the IntraNomic Office Integration feature (the default is everyone has security clearance). |

Currently, only the English version of IntraNomic can be purchased.
IntraNomic has been developed to be fully multilingual and StyleTech are currently running a French and Japanese version in-house.
IntraNomic has been developed to handle multiple languages from the one IntraNomic server installation. For example, a person in Tokyo would view the Japanese version, while a person in London would view the English version and a person in Paris would view the French version, all from the same IntraNomic server.

If the IntraNomic Support Team requires more information they may request an IntraNomic Activity Log from you. An IntraNomic Activity Log can be automatically created for everyone using IntraNomic or for just a single person using IntraNomic. The IntraNomic Activity Log is a number of files that list every step of the IntraNomic business logic along with the values used during processing. The information within the IntraNomic Activity Log allows StyleTech to re-create your issue.

When I click on some of the IntraNomic options, nothing happens? |

Some of the IntraNomic options use popup windows.
If you have a Popup Blocker installed, that Popup Blocker may be stopping these windows from appearing.
You should configure your Popup Blocker to allow all windows created from the IntraNomic URL or from the Intranet Zone.

I receive an "Error 430: Class doesn't support Automation" error when I try to open an IntraNomic popup window? |

This error can occur when a popup IntraNomic window is opened and the Windows Operating System has become corrupt.
To fix this issue close IntraNomic and enter the following commands from an MS-DOS window:
REGSVR32 c:\windows\system32\msscript.ocx
REGSVR32 c:\windows\system32\dispex.dll
REGSVR32 c:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll
REGSVR32 c:\windows\system32\scrrun.dll
(the drive and windows folder should be changed to match your environment)
